Currently we only use Paypal for our payment processing.

Please note that you DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal.

UK Shipping

Our standard delivery service is by Royal Mail / Parcelforce First Class. This is charged at a standard flat rate of £2.40 within the UK for orders less than £50.00.

Free 1st class delivery on all UK orders over £50.00

A tracked, guaranteed next working day (by 1pm) delivery is available for a surcharge of £6.50 (+vat) using Royal Mail Special Delivery service. The cutoff time for this service is 4pm

A tracked, guaranteed Saturday (by 1pm) delivery is also available for a surcharge of £9.50 (+vat) using Royal Mail Special Delivery service. The cutoff time for this service is 4pm Friday.

This guarantee does not apply if:

Unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item
The delivery address is in an area of the UK where Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery. (See their website for a list of exceptions. Mainly Top Scotch and Outer Hebrides.)
Not guarantee the delivery time for items to an address for which a person has paid for redirection services. The item will be forwarded to the new address using Special Delivery.

EU Shipping

We ship to most EU countries and many other countries around the world. Our standard EU delivery service is via Airmail starting at £3.95. This charge applies per order however there is a small surcharge for a small number of heavier items. Please check your basket before placing your order. This is an untracked service which normally takes about 5-7 working days for most EU countries. Sometimes this can take longer due to customs clearance and the postal service in the destination country. Although rare, it can sometimes take up to 3 weeks due to delays so please be patient. Any delays are out of our hands as it depends on the customs and postal service in your country.

A 'Tracked Express Shipping' delivery option is available from £19.95. This service is a 3-5 working day express delivery throughout European destinations. (Please note that some destinations produce slightly longer transit times).

Worldwide Deliveries - outside the EU

Standard Airmail starts from £7.95 depending upon the country. This charge applies per order, however there are surcharges for heavier items. Please check your basket before placing your order. This is an untracked service.

A tracked delivery option is also available. This is a fully tracked and insured service delivered via Fedex, Parcelforce Worldwide or DHL Worldwide. The rate depends upon the destination country and the weight and size of the order. The price for this delivery option will be displayed at the checkout screen.

All prices on our website include VAT. If you choose a destination country that is outside of the EU, then VAT will not apply to your order. The VAT charged will be removed and you will see the changes in your basket before paying for your order.
