This video demonstrates how to use a hot air rework station. You see a lot of articles about using modified toaster ovens to bake your circuit boards, but a hot air rework station is cheaper, just as easy to use and of course it can be used for rework to fix other boards.

In the video we are using a laser cut stencil, solder paste and several surface mount components.
