This is the Microchip 18F26K20 with the ds30Loader Bootloader installed. This means you can program the chip with only a serial connection. For more details see our Microchip Bootloader Tutorial
The bootloader code sets the microcontroller to
- UART Baud rate 115200 (which may be modified in your program)
- Oscillator: Internal 16MHz
And has the following CONFIG settings which should NOT be included in your own program
- FOSC = INTIO67 (Intenal Oscillator)
- WDTEN = OFF
- BOREN = OFF
- PWRT = ON
- MCLRE = ON
- LVP = OFF
- HFOFST = OFF
